Hi Mother-Daughter book club members. I was delighted to see the review for my new book Strange But True America. As the book critic points out, this book may interest young girls ages 10 and up, in partcular because while females are sometimes not fully recognized in early American history, we've tried to change that. For example, the New Jersey tale in the book recounts women's suffrage in a new way, and tales from North Carolina and Iowa in particular show how compelling these forgotten heroines really were. We've proudly added this fine review to the "related links" page at www.StrangeTrueUS.com. John Hafnor, author.
